Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) initiatives. You will translate business needs into technical specifications, drive complex SAP engagements, and guide client teams through design, implementation, and delivery with a focus on quality and risk management.

You will work with cross‑functional stakeholders, manage programs, budgets, and resources, and help clients transform manufacturing operations while advancing EY’s DMC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years in SAP Production Planning within DMC.
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills.
• Experience managing SAP projects or work streams onshore/offshore.
• Knowledge of manufacturing/dmc and supply chain best practices.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships for DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program and project management ensuring engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex DMC engagements.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams focused on DMC.
• Demonstrate DMC technical capabilities and stay current with trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed.
