Job summary

EY in the United States seeks a Senior Manager in Technology to lead SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) engagements, translating business needs into technical specifications and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will drive complex SAP DMC programs, manage risks, and deliver high-quality client services while collaborating with stakeholders across EY’s service lines. Travel up to 40–60% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• At least five years in SAP Production Planning (PP) within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC).
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven experience managing SAP projects or work streams, including oversight of project-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily, focusing on DMC initiatives.
• Oversee program/project management, ensuring engagement economics are met while delivering DMC solutions.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements, particularly involving DMC.
• Lead SAP client engagements or work streams with focus on DMC alignment with client objectives.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities within DMC and maintain strong business acumen, staying updated on industry trends.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed of developments and outcomes.
• Build relationships with client personnel at all levels to foster collaboration and trust in EY SAP DMC initiatives.
• Lead and motivate diverse teams with constructive feedback and inclusive culture.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities by understanding EY’s service lines in DMC.
