EY seeks a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager to de-risk large SAP implementations, oversee three deployment pillars, and ensure go-live readiness and hypercare. You will translate business needs into technical specs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design effective SAP architectures.

You’ll lead engagement delivery, manage budgets and resources, drive SAP pursuits, and maintain strong client relationships across industries while traveling up to 60% as required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
10+ years delivering SAP-enabled business transformations.
5+ years leading large-scale SAP implementations.
Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships.
Align SAP solutions with client strategy and roadmap.
Lead program and project management with travel as needed.
