EY is seeking a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager to guide SAP deployment programs across client engagements. You will de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating business readiness, cutover, and hypercare while translating business needs into technical architecture and SAP solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required with 10+ years of SAP deployment experience.
Proven track record leading large-scale SAP implementations or rollouts.
Experience managing offshore and remote delivery teams.
Strong business analysis and requirements translation into technical specs.
Willingness to travel 40–60% as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead engagement delivery and client relationship management daily.
Oversee program and project management ensuring engagement economics.
Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and maintain client pipelines.
Align SAP solutions with client strategy and roadmaps.
Deliver high-quality SAP projects and transition to operations.
