EY in the US seeks a Deployment Lead/Senior Manager to de-risk large SAP implementations by coordinating Business Readiness, Cutover and Hypercare, from planning to post go-live support. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive complex SAP deployments across multiple sectors, including Consumer, Manufacturing and Technology.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required;10+ years SAP-enabled transformation experience;end-to-end deployment leadership
• Strong design and architecture skills;ability to map business needs to tech specs
• Experience leading large-scale SAP deployments/rollouts across diverse sectors
• Offshore/remote delivery leadership experience;willingness to travel 40–60%

Responsabilidades

• Lead engagement delivery and client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for complex engagements.
• Drive large-scale SAP pursuits and build long-term client relationships across sectors.
• Align SAP solutions with client roadmaps and strategies;drive pipeline.
• Lead program and project management with travel as needed.
• Manage client relationships and engagement economics.
• Deliver high-quality SAP projects or workstreams as delivery lead.
