SAP SE is recruiting for a senior executive program lead to manage a multi-year Process and Systems Transformation program for a major customer. You will serve as the primary SAP executive contact, guiding governance, delivery, and stakeholder engagement at the C-suite level.

You will oversee a large, multi-disciplinary delivery team, drive alignment of SAP and non-SAP solutions, and ensure high customer satisfaction and sustained growth on the flagship account.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large SAP services programs and manage 100+ resources.
• Experience with multi-year, billable engagements and C-suite stakeholder management.
• PMP certification or willingness to obtain within role.
• Strong governance, scope, schedule and risk management skills.

Responsabilités

• Establish robust program governance for a flagship SAP PST program.
• Mentor delivery managers and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
• Lead end-to-end services relationship across client, partner, and SAP to deliver on time and within budget.
• Identify strategic opportunities and drive value with SAP services and license sales.
