Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery Lead to plan, drive and manage large SAP implementations. You will work with clients and stakeholders to establish operating structures for large programs and be responsible for day-to-day delivery, building trusted relationships with senior client leadership to understand priorities and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year); Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, contract/vendor management, and resource management.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
