Job summary

SRG seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead a major SAP transformation workstream within a large ERP program. You will own end-to-end delivery across scope, schedule, budget, risks, and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience leading ERP/SAP transformations.
• Experience owning scope, schedule, and budget for complex enterprise programs.
• Strong financial forecasting, actuals, accruals and budget management.
• Deep understanding of OTC, PTD, P2P, and FPM processes.
• Proven success leading cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a major SAP transformation workstream, ensuring execution against scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives.
• Manage program financials, including forecasting, actuals, accruals, variance analysis, and budget reporting.
• Drive end-to-end business process transformation across OTC, PTD, P2P, and FPM.
• Lead cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, IT organizations, and external implementation partners.
• Establish governance, manage risks and dependencies, and provide executive-level status reporting.
• Ensure successful business adoption, process standardization, and value realization.
