Job summary

SAP SE seeks an experienced senior leader to drive a multi-year Process and Systems Transformation program. You will serve as the primary SAP executive contact, govern all projects from sales through post-go-live, and mentor delivery managers to ensure client satisfaction and successful delivery of SAP and non-SAP solutions.

You will build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders, manage complex scope and schedules, and champion AI adoption across teams.

Qualifications

10–15 years of SAP services sales and delivery experience, including services management.
Experience leading 100+ person teams on contracts exceeding $50–100M.
Proven SAP implementation leadership across S/4, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, and BTP.
Prior experience in Aerospace & Defense is required.
PMP certification is preferred or willingness to obtain.
Ability to build trusted client executive relationships and manage escalations.
Strong governance, scope, and schedule management skills.
Practical approach to AI integration in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

Lead governance for a multi-year PST program; oversee sales to implementation and post-go-live.
Mentor delivery managers and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
Lead implementation and adoption of SAP and non-SAP solutions; manage schedules and deliverables.
Build trusted relationships with customer leaders and articulate SAP value.
Identify strategic opportunities; expand SAP services and coordinate with license sales.
Provide talent leadership and align resource strategy across the account.
