Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead to drive large SAP implementations as a Senior Manager, coordinating with clients and cross-functional teams. The role focuses on establishing operating structures for programs and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery that aligns business objectives with technology solutions.

You will manage both technical and non-technical teams, oversee timelines, costs, and quality, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Oversee program/project management to ensure objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets and manage engagement economics.
