EY is seeking a Senior Delivery Lead/Senior Manager to drive large SAP implementations and establish operating structures for multi-faceted programs. You will manage day-to-day delivery, build trusted executive relationships, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership, quality and risk management across complex projects, with a strong focus on delivery excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required; master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules.
• 5–7 years in leading large SAP deployments across relevant sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools and understanding of project value, finance and quality management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, contract/vendor management, and resource management within projects.
• Comprehensive understanding of the technology landscape.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
