Job summary

SAP Delivery Executive in the US Public Services Market Unit leads large, multi-year programs and manages relationships with executives. You will oversee teams of 100+ resources, ensure consistent delivery outcomes, and influence senior stakeholders across complex contracts exceeding $50–100M in total value.

You will build governance, mentor delivery managers, and drive growth on flagship accounts by delivering SAP and non-SAP solutions while maintaining customer satisfaction and high quality

Qualifications

• Lead large customer programs and manage executive relationships across multi-year, multi-project engagements.
• Deliver consistent delivery outcomes with governance over 100+ resources and complex scopes.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and resolve escalations at the executive level.
• Demonstrated experience with SAP solutions including S/4, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors and BTP.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary SAP executive point of contact for a multi-year transformation program.
• Establish robust governance, mentor delivery managers, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive growth on flagship accounts.
• Lead end-to-end services delivery across customer, partner, and SAP to meet time, budget, and quality targets.
• Identify and execute strategic opportunities to expand SAP services and coordinate with license sales.
