EY is seeking a Delivery Lead/Senior Manager to drive large SAP implementations, collaborating with clients and senior stakeholders to establish operating structures and day-to-day delivery that aligns with strategic priorities. You will build trusted relationships at the executive level to anticipate challenges and steer programs toward successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Travel 40–60% willingness.
• Strong project & portfolio management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Own program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for engagements.
