Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules.
• Typically 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools, and understanding of project/value/finance/quality.
• Familiarity with SDLC, contract/vendor management, and resource management within programs.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.
