Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager/Delivery Lead for SAP implementations. You will plan, drive, and manage large-scale programs, building trusted relationships with senior client leadership and coordinating cross-functional teams to align business goals with technology solutions.

You will lead engagement delivery, manage budgets, and optimize resources across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology, and Industrial Products sectors.

Qualifications

• BA/BS required; MS preferred for this senior role.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience with one or more modules.
• 5–7 years in leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Ensure program/project objectives are met and financials controlled.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, overseeing engagement economics.
