Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations. You will work with clients and stakeholders to establish operating structures for large programs and ensure day-to-day delivery aligns with strategic priorities, fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage risks, and build trusted relationships with senior client leadership while navigating agile and waterfall

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP module experience.
• 5–7 years in leading large SAP deployments across multiple industries.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery.
• Strong project/portfolio management and finance understanding.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and attainment of objectives.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, and oversee engagement economics.
