Job summary

EY is seeking a Delivery Lead in the United States to steer large SAP implementations, establish operating structures for programs, and ensure day-to-day delivery aligns with client priorities and EY objectives.

The Senior Manager will drive engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee budgeting and staffing to ensure successful outcomes, fostering accountability and continuous improvement across the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of SAP experience with one or more SAP modules.
• Experience leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management; ensure objectives are met.
• Develop resource plans and budgets; manage engagement economics.
