Job summary

EY in the United States is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery Lead to steer large SAP implementations, align business objectives with technology solutions, and build trusted relationships with senior client leadership to deliver outcomes.

You will lead engagement delivery with cross-functional teams, manage programs and budgets, and drive value through governance, risk management, and iterative delivery methods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year); master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of SAP experience.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across Consumer, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools, finance and quality management.
• Familiarity with SDLC, vendor management and resource management within projects or programs.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading engagement delivery and managing client relationships on a daily basis.
• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics.
