EY in the United States seeks a Delivery Lead/Senior Manager to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations. You will lead client relationships, establish operating structures, and ensure day-to-day delivery drives outcomes for clients and EY.

You will oversee technology transformation projects, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and guide cross-functional teams through Agile and Waterfall delivery, while traveling up to 40-60% as required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year); master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with one or more SAP Modules.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience leading large SAP deployments across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology or Industrial Products sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methodologies.
• Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.

• Accountable for program/project management, ensuring that all objectives are met.
• Developing resource plans and budgets for engagements, managing engagement economics effectively.
