Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery Lead to plan, drive, and manage large SAP implementations for diverse clients. You will build trusted relationships with senior client leadership, establish operating structures, and guide day-to-day delivery to successful outcomes.

In this role you will lead engagement delivery, manage client relationships, and oversee budgets and resources while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience with SAP modules.
• 5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
• Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery methods.
• Experience with hybrid and waterfall delivery methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and objective attainment.
• Develop resource plans and budgets, manage engagement economics.
