Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead large SAP implementations and manage delivery for clients across Consumer Business, Manufacturing, Technology, and Industrial Products. You will build trusted relationships with senior client leadership, plan programs, and guide cross-functional teams through Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (4-year); master’s preferred.
10+ years of SAP experience.
5–7 years leading large SAP deployments across multiple sectors.
Proficiency in program structuring and iterative delivery.
Experience in hybrid and waterfall delivery methodologies.
Strong skills in project and portfolio management tools.
Knowledge of SDLC, vendor management, and resource management.
Willingness to travel 40–60%.
