The role requires 12+ years in Utilities, deep SAP CIS and data/AI capabilities, and a track record of closing high-impact engagements with major clients. Travel may be involved as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Utilities sector with deep expertise in Energy Retail, Customer Operations and Meter-to-Cash transformation.
• Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs, including SAP CIS implementations and customer/billing modernization.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite and influence strategic decisions, with strong consulting and commercial acumen.
• Experience originating and closing new business, and driving revenue growth and client expansion.
• Strong data, analytics and AI application to drive operational and customer-centric improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations, shaping strategy through execution and digital transformation.
• Advise C-suite and senior executives, aligning transformation initiatives with business outcomes like growth and cost optimization.
• Define and drive market-leading offerings in Energy Retail and Customer Transformation, focusing on customer experience and data-enabled operations.
• Originate and close new business, develop compelling value propositions, and close high-impact opportunities.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams, ensure high-quality outcomes, and embed best practices across engagements.
• Act as a thought leader in Utilities, contribute to external eminence, client workshops and IP development.
