Job summary
Accenture seeks a senior leader to drive transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations in the Utilities sector. You will partner with C-suite and senior executives, shaping strategy and delivering large-scale change, including SAP CIS implementations and modernizing customer and billing platforms.

Qualifications
- At least 12 years of experience in the Utilities sector with Energy Retail expertise.
- Extensive experience leading large-scale transformation programs and SAP CIS implementations.
- Proven senior client advisor with strong relationships at executive level.
- Deep expertise in digital transformation, data, analytics, and AI for operations.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 6+ years if Associate degree.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale transformation programs across Energy Retail and Customer Operations.
- Originate and close new business opportunities and shape deal strategy.
- Oversee multi-disciplinary delivery teams with accountability for scope, timeline, and budget.
- Collaborate across Accenture's ecosystem to deliver integrated solutions.
- Act as a thought leader in the Utilities industry and develop IP.
