Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting in energy retail, focusing on digital transformation and customer experience.
• Be primary client contact with senior executives; align with business goals.
• Develop strategies to improve performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage project teams; ensure quality, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead business development and represent Utilities practice in proposals.
• Travel as required, up to 100% depending on client needs.
