Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead SAP ABAP delivery across full project lifecycles, including design, build, testing and deployment. You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and collaborate with architects, functional leads, and clients to drive integrated SAP results.

You will engage with external clients, guide workstreams from planning through execution and closure, and travel 40–60% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) in a relevant field.
• Typically 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
• Strong ABAP expertise including OO ABAP, modularization, debugging.
• Proven experience designing ABAP-based solutions: reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, OData/Web Services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC; integration across modules; ABAP on HANA concepts.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems, guiding policy changes and procedures.
• Select and apply appropriate methods and evaluation criteria for results.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members to ensure task completion.
