Job summary

EY, a global leader in professional services, seeks an SAP ABAP Manager to guide ABAP delivery across full project lifecycles, from design to deployment. You’ll translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions and collaborate with client teams in a hybrid EY environment.

The role emphasizes SAP S/4HANA/ECC integration, Fiori/UI5, and data services, with 40-60% travel. A bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years of SAP ABAP experience are required, along with strong communication and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development and programming.
• Strong ABAP expertise including OO ABAP, modularization, debugging.
• Experience designing ABAP reports, interfaces, forms, enhancements, OData/Web Services.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA and ECC, including module integration and ABAP on HANA concepts.
• Proficiency in SAP Fiori/UI5 development and ABAP backend integration.
• Familiarity with SAP data dictionary, data modeling and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ABAP delivery across full project lifecycles including design, build, test, and deployment.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and manage client expectations.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members; lead sessions and workstreams; travel as needed.
