Job summary

EY is seeking an SAP ABAP Manager to lead delivery of ABAP solutions for clients nationwide. You will guide teams, translate requirements into scalable ABAP-based solutions, and manage risk in an agile environment.

Responsibilities include leading workstreams with clients, collaborating with architects and functional leads, and ensuring quality and timely delivery across engagements. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–6 years hands-on SAP ABAP development and programming.
• Expertise in ABAP including OO, modularization, debugging.
• Proven design, development, and enhancement of ABAP-based solutions.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA/ECC and integration across SAP modules.
• Proficient in ABAP back-end services and Fiori/UI5 integration.
• Knowledge of Data Dictionary, data modeling, and performance tuning.
• Experience in Agile delivery andDevOps practices in SAP environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop SAP ABAP solutions across full lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy).
• Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Provide direction and feedback to teams to ensure task completion.
• Lead workstreams with external clients from planning through closure.
• Collaborate with leads, architects and stakeholders for integrated SAP solutions.
• Maintain focus on quality, risk management and delivery timelines.
