Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Senior Technical Specialist to serve as the technical SME for Sample Management and drive process improvements. You will collaborate with technicians, scientists, and IT to deliver efficient, compliant services and lead projects that save time and costs.

Responsibilities include supervising tasks, optimizing freezer storage, conducting in-life verifications, writing SOPs, and training staff on Watson LIMS and related tools.

Qualifications

• Education required: DEC or DEP in sciences.
• 5+ years CRO or Pharmaceutical experience.
• GLP/GCP environment knowledge.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication in French & English.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Sample Management issues.
• Lead process improvement projects and standardization efforts.
• Collaborate with IT, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare SOPs and training materials for Watson LIMS and related software.
