Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Lead LIMS Engineer to provide support and enhance Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS for uninterrupted lab operations. In this role, you will work closely with lab users and IT teams to maintain a compliant and efficient system.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience with Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS and a strong background in configuration and leadership. This role includes managing system configurations, troubleshooting incidents, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS.
• At least 1 year of leadership experience in relevant roles.
• Strong proficiency in configuring SampleManager.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary SME for Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS.
• Collaborate with lab users and IT teams.
• Manage system configurations and compliance.

Skills

Proven hands-on experience with SaaS versions of Thermo Scientific SampleManager LIMS

Leadership experience

Familiarity with SampleManager 21.x

SampleManager configuration skills

Knowledge of SampleManager Visual Workflow Designer

Expertise in SampleManager reporting tools

Solid SQL skills

L2/L3 application support

Strong communication skills in English (C1)
