Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery. You will lead digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partner with business and experience teams, and manage scope, timelines, costs, and quality across multiple engagements.

You will guide both technical and non-technical teams, help grow accounts, and ensure client satisfaction in a hybrid, client-facing role across the US.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically 10+ years of experience with 5–7+ years in Salesforce delivery.
• Proven experience leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Strong architecture background aligning business to Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery and client leadership.
• Provide leadership across engagements and accounts.
• Lead teams to achieve solution implementation.
