Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery within Studio+. The role partners with business and technology teams to drive digital transformation on the Salesforce platform, managing scope, cost, and quality while guiding both technical and non-technical teams.

You will interact with senior leadership, lead multi-workstream engagements, and help grow key accounts. A strong architecture background and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5–7 years in Salesforce implementation with teams of 5+ people.
• Minimum 5 years of experience leading analysts and developers.
• Strong architecture experience aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
• Excellent written, verbal, and client-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery with architecture oversight and growth responsibilities.
• Provide leadership across engagements and multiple accounts.
• Direct teams to achieve solution implementation with client focus.
• Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects as needed.
• Travel as required to support external clients.
