Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master's preferred.
• Typically 10 years of experience with 5–7 years in Salesforce implementations.
• Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
• Minimum 5 years with architecture background aligning to Salesforce.
• Strong communication, client service, and technical writing skills; travel willingness.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for program delivery with client leadership and architecture oversight.
• Lead multiple engagements and cross-team coordination across onshore/offshore.
• Manage client relationships, revenue and commercial aspects as needed.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
• Engage in pursuits including solution development, pricing, and RFP responses.
