Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Salesforce Technology Transformation Program Delivery. You will lead end-to-end digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams to deliver innovative solutions.

This role involves managing scope, timelines, costs, and quality across multiple engagements, with leadership of both technical and non-technical teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years leading teams and a strong background in architecture, business

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
Typically 10 years of experience with at least 5-7 years in Salesforce implementations.
Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
Minimum 5 years of architecture background aligning business with Salesforce solutions.
Strong communication, presentation, and client-service skills.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight.
Provide leadership across engagements and accounts.
Lead teams with broad visibility to achieve solution implementation.
Manage client relationships, revenue, and commercial aspects.
Travel as required by external clients.
