Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager for Salesforce Technology Transformation Delivery within Studio+. You will drive digital transformation programs on the Salesforce platform, partnering with business and experience teams to deliver value and manage scope, timelines, and budget.

You will lead both technical and non-technical teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and shaping the future of technology within EY. A strong background in Salesforce and architecture is required, with global collaboration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
Typically 10 years of experience with no less than 5–7 years implementing Salesforce with teams of 5+ people.
Minimum 5 years leading teams of analysts and developers.
Minimum 5 years of experience with a functional or technical architecture background aligning business requirements to Salesforce solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and client service skills with a focus on enterprise processes and technology.
Willingness to travel based on client needs.

Responsibilities

Accountable for program delivery and client leadership with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities.
Provide leadership to Managers across multiple engagements and accounts.
Lead teams to successfully implement solutions with cross-functional collaboration.
Manage client relationships, revenue generation, and commercial aspects.
Travel as required by external clients.
