Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Salesforce Technology Transformation within Studio+. You will drive client engagements, manage scope, timelines, costs and quality, and lead multi-disciplinary teams including offshore resources.

You’ll partner with business and tech teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, while growing accounts and shaping enterprise processes with innovative strategies. Travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of experience with 5–7 years in Salesforce implementations with teams of 5+.
• 5+ years leading analysts and developers.
• 5+ years with a functional/technical architecture background aligning requirements to Salesforce.
• Strong communication, presentation and client service skills with business-technology integration interest.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking and consulting environments.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead program delivery with architecture oversight and account growth responsibilities.
• Provide leadership to managers across engagements and accounts.
• Direct teams to achieve solution implementations with client relationships and revenue focus.
• Manage engagement scope, timelines, costs, and quality.
• Lead pursuit efforts including solution development, estimation and pricing.
