Jazz Pharmaceuticals is transforming patient experiences through a product-focused operating model and Global Capability teams. We seek a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead design, development, and delivery of scalable, secure CRM and patient services solutions across Market Access domains.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while guiding complex technical challenges end-to-end.

Qualifications

• Experience designing, testing, deploying, operating, and scaling secure enterprise tech solutions.
• Understanding enterprise software architecture, cloud platforms, and API/data architectures.
• Strong knowledge of Patient Service Support Platforms and CRM concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions with Market Access and Patient Support domains, translating tech insight into feasible roadmaps.
• Guide architects and developers to deliver scalable, compliant Salesforce solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical specs and executable tasks.
• Lead agile ceremonies and ensure disciplined execution of capability roadmaps.
• Mentor software engineers and vendor partners to elevate technical capability.
