Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is hiring a Senior Solution Architect to own the architecture and design of complex Salesforce engagements across commercial, R&D, clinical, and patient services. You will translate business problems into defendable platform designs and lead a distributed team from discovery through go-live.

This hands-on architect role requires leading design sessions, data models, integrations, and code reviews, while mentoring offshore and onshore developers for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years in enterprise technology delivery with 7+ years on Salesforce.
• 5+ years delivering to life sciences clients and working fluently across commercial, medical, clinical and patient services.
• Hands-on Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud delivery; familiarity with Veeva CRM or Vault CRM.
• Ability to produce architecture artifacts and lead on integration patterns.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce engagements across commercial, R&D, clinical and patient services.
• Lead discovery and design sessions; translate requirements into buildable designs.
• Manage offshore and onshore development teams; drive code reviews and design walkthroughs.
• Provide technical leadership in client architecture reviews, security reviews, and presales support.
