You will partner with senior leadership to shape a enterprise AI strategy, standards, and guardrails, while ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant AI systems aligned with business goals.

The role emphasizes architecture and solution design over hands-on model development, requiring strong communication and stakeholder management across technology and business teams.

Qualifications

• Strong communication of AI concepts to business leaders at all levels.
• Familiarity with AI governance and risk frameworks.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML system architecture, data pipelines, and deployment patterns.

Responsibilities

• Define and enhance Jazz’s AI/ML architecture strategy with senior leadership.
• Establish AI standards and reference architectures for scalability and security.
• Maintain AI governance processes, guardrails, and compliance guidelines.
• Promote responsible AI practices across the organization (explainability, bias mitigation, privacy).
• Provide architectural oversight on AI/ML solution design and integration from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
