Job summary

Slipstream Life Sciences is hiring a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to own architecture and design across commercial, R&D and clinical domains, and patient services. This is a hands-on role, participating in design sessions, data model work, integrations, and code reviews.

You’ll lead a distributed team across US onshore and India offshore, with travel to client sites as needed. Work is remote from the US with a morning overlap window; you will mentor junior engineers and drive

Qualifications

10+ years in enterprise technology delivery, with 7+ years on the Salesforce platform and 3+ years in a solution architect capacity.
5+ years delivering to pharmaceutical/biotech/medical device clients with working fluency across commercial, medical, clinical, and patient services.
Hands-on delivery with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Health Cloud; direct experience with Veeva CRM or Veeva Vault CRM.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce engagements across commercial, R&D, clinical, and patient services; manage data models and integration architecture.
Lead discovery and design workshops; translate ambiguous requirements into buildable designs.
Produce and maintain architecture artifacts: design documents, reference diagrams, data models, integration specs, and decision logs.
