Job summary
Jazz Pharmaceuticals is seeking a senior technical leader to shape the Strategy & Technical Roadmap for Field Solutions & Reporting. You will partner with product owners, architects, and field teams to translate requirements into scalable, compliant platforms capable of delivering real-time insights.
You will mentor engineers, drive agile ceremonies, and guide the delivery of AI-enabled decision support, reporting, and field analytics across sales, medical, and market access teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related technical field.
- 7+ years in field force effectiveness, sales operations, CRM platforms, field analytics, or related domains in pharma.
- 2+ years as a Tech Lead, TPM, Engineering Manager, or other roles managing developers.
Responsibilities
- Design solutions with Field Solutions & Reporting Product Owner to solve business problems, providing technical insight on capabilities and tradeoffs.
- Translate roadmaps into scalable architectures and development plans with feasibility assessments.
- Lead technical team, drive work plans, and ensure disciplined execution of the product roadmap.
