Job summary

Crowe, a leading firm, seeks a Lead Salesforce Consultant and Solution Architect to bridge business problems with technical solutions for clients. You will engage directly with customers to design and implement innovative real-world solutions and provide consultative guidance on industry best practices.

You will lead project delivery, oversee architecture, and work with Directors, Project Managers, Analysts and Developers to ensure successful outcomes and ongoing client value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of Salesforce platform experience with strong knowledge of core products.
• Salesforce Certification or MBA required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading and delivering multiple enterprise projects end to end.

Responsibilities

• Pre-sales discovery and documenting business, functional and technical requirements to generate a solution and Scope of Work.
• Coordinate resourcing of scopes of work with Practice Director(s).
• Capture business needs with stakeholders and define requirements and processes.
• Fully solution scopes of work that meet business needs in a cohesive manner.
• Lead project implementation and oversee architectural design with delivery teams to ensure on-track delivery.
• Facilitate project introductions, kickoff meetings and weekly status updates; manage timelines.
• Provide final QA of all completed work.
• Design and deliver end-user training for clients as needed.
• Develop ongoing engagement roadmaps and identify new initiative opportunities.
• Share joint responsibility for project success with the delivery team.
