Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a Solution Architect to lead one or more workstreams in complex enterprise engagements, partnering with executives and delivery teams to co-create and execute the vision using Salesforce and related technologies.

You will serve as hands-on advisor, drive risk management, and ensure customer acceptance of delivered solutions while navigating federal civilian contexts and security clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of enterprise-level project experience using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Extensive Salesforce configuration and customization experience.
• Ability to define architecture landscape and deliver a comprehensive solution.
• Experience leading discovery sessions, writing user stories and designs.
• Willingness to travel and work in federal civilian contexts.
• U.S. citizen able to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Identify and lead internal initiatives to grow the consulting practice; contribute to knowledge base.
• Guide customers in deploying new technologies that drive business value.
• Demonstrate strong communication and prescriptive thinking across levels of the client organization.
• Identify and address risk areas and drive issue resolution.
• Negotiate solutions with customers and partners.
• Review project direction and ensure programs stay on track and scalable.
• Drive program vision and enable Salesforce-based technologies.
