Job summary

Imagineeer LLC is seeking a Solutions Architect/Salesforce SME to lead federal Salesforce initiatives, designing, configuring, and optimizing solutions that align with agency missions and modernization goals. You will partner with stakeholders, manage data migrations, ensure cybersecurity and accessibility compliance, and guide agile delivery across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Government Cloud.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of experience in Salesforce administration, development, or solution architecture.
Proven experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, preferably in the federal sector.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce Government Cloud, Sales Cloud, and/or Service Cloud.
Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools (Flow, Process Builder) and programmatic development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components).
Knowledge of federal IT policies, cybersecurity requirements (e.g., FISMA, FedRAMP), and compliance frameworks as applied to the Salesforce platform.
Experience working in Agile and DevSecOps delivery environments.
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, and customization of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Government Cloud.
Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures with federal IT strategy, security, and compliance in mind.
Evaluate and implement Salesforce features, AppExchange products, and integrations.
Create solution diagrams, configuration specifications, and implementation roadmaps for Salesforce initiatives.
Guide full lifecycle Salesforce delivery from requirements analysis to sustainment.
Support data migration and system integration, including legacy to Salesforce.
Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity, accessibility (Section 508), and records management requirements.
Collaborate with DevSecOps teams to deliver Salesforce enhancements and releases.
Conduct trade-off analyses, POCs, and platform assessments to support roadmap decisions.
Present Salesforce architecture strategies to senior federal leadership.
Manage roles, profiles, permission sets, workflows, flows, and validation rules.
Mentor teams on Salesforce best practices and governance.
