Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on competency with Salesforce core products, including experience configuring and building solutions in Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certification and a minimum of 4+ years of experience working on the Salesforce platform
• Recent hands-on experience configuring, testing, and deploying production Salesforce solutions
• Experience working across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through build, testing, deployment, and support
• Experience providing business, operational, and technical consulting to client stakeholders and translating requirements into workable platform solutions
• Detail-oriented, enthusiastic self-starter who can work independently and collaboratively, guide less-experienced team members, and remain actively involved in day-to-day solution delivery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with client and prospect stakeholders at different levels of an organization
• Ability to manage and deliver multiple project workstreams or priorities at the same time while meeting quality and timeline expectations
• Ability to log time daily for client and project reporting needs
• Positive, solutions-oriented approach and outlook
• This position requires a minimum of 20% travel. Candidates throughout the United States may be considered, including those who are not located near a Crowe office
• Salesforce certifications or specializations beyond the core platform are required

Responsibilities

• Participate in discovery, document business, functional, and technical requirements; translate proposed solutions into a Scope of Work
• Estimate implementation effort and identify needed skills with Practice Directors, Solution Architects, and Project Managers
• Capture business needs, define requirements, and map current and future-state processes
• Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities and best practices
• Own assigned workstreams, configuring solutions while collaborating with the team
• Facilitate discovery sessions, solution workshops, and client status discussions
• Build and maintain declarative automation, data models, security configurations, reports, dashboards, and other components
• Support integrations, data migration, troubleshooting, and issue resolution with the technical team
• Create and execute test plans, perform testing, support UAT, and ensure QA
• Document designs, deliver end-user training, and own deliverables through deployment and post-launch support
