Job summary
Crowe is seeking a Salesforce Consultant and Solutions Architect to design, configure, and deliver Salesforce solutions for client engagements. You will work hands-on with Sales Cloud/Service Cloud, ensure quality delivery, and lead workstreams across teams.
The role requires 4+ years on the Salesforce platform, relevant certifications, strong communication, and up to 20% travel across the United States.
Qualifications
- Hands-on competency with Salesforce core products and Sales/Service Cloud
- Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Consultant certs with 4+ years on Salesforce
- Recent hands-on experience configuring, testing, deploying Salesforce solutions
- Experience across full implementation lifecycle from discovery to support
- Ability to translate business needs into workable platform solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication, independent and collaborative work style
- Willingness to travel up to 20% across the US
- Bachelor's degree required, Salesforce certs or specializations encouraged
Responsibilities
- Participate in pre-sales discovery and define Scope of Work
- Estimate implementation effort with Practice Directors and PMs
- Capture business needs and map current and future processes
- Design and configure scalable Salesforce solutions
- Own assigned workstreams as hands-on builder
- Lead discovery sessions and client status discussions
- Create declarative automation, data models, security and reports
- Support integrations, data migration, testing, and QA
- Document designs and provide end-user training
- Deliver solutions through deployment and post-launch support
