Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will shape user journeys, design Salesforce solutions, and apply AI grounding to improve productivity and outcomes.

Responsibilities include leading discovery sessions, translating requirements into designs, and mentoring analysts and consultants. A four-year degree and Salesforce experience are required, with a hybrid working model in the US.

Qualifications

• A four-year bachelor's degree in Business Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Typically 2-4+ years of relevant Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience supporting or leading Salesforce solution design activities within teams of five or more people.
• Experience facilitating workshops with client stakeholders.
• Experience with Salesforce integrations, data migration concepts, and agile delivery methods.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Cloud Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support discovery sessions to understand client objectives and adoption barriers.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solution designs across products, data models, and integrations.
• Design AI-assisted workflows using Agentforce, Prompt Builder, Einstein, and Data Cloud.
