Job summary

LexisNexis Legal & Professional seeks a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions. You will lead complex feature delivery, integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms, and advance AI-powered capabilities for sales teams and customer success.

You will work across engineering and business teams in a fast-paced environment, ensuring secure data models, efficient releases, and high-quality automation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch and queueable jobs, LWC, and Flow.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud data model, sharing/security, and opportunity/forecast management.
• Proven experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Hands-on Copado for CI/CD, including deployments; Git-based source control and SFDX.
• Hands-on Flow automation (record-triggered, orchestration, and platform-event) plus Apex automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, and Territory Management.
• Build with Apex, LWC, Flow; integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms.
• Maintain integrations with CDP, data warehouses, and sales enablement tools.
• Support single customer view via identity matching and deduplication.
• Operationalize health signals like health score and churn risk within workflows.
• Develop AI-driven automation using Einstein, Prompt Builder, and Flow.
• Drive CI/CD and release management with Copado, Git, and SFDX; automate testing and deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and data synchronization challenges.
