• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development with 4+ years on Sales Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch/queueable jobs, LWC and Flow.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud data model, security, sharing, and forecast management.
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Hands-on Copado experience for CI/CD and release management; Git/SFDX

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Build with Apex, LWC, Flow; leverage declarative Salesforce capabilities.

• Support single customer view via identity matching and deduplication.
• Operationalize health signals like health score and churn risk in Salesforce workflows.
