Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• 4+ years on Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch and queueable jobs, LWC, and Flow.
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Copado for CI/CD and release management, including pipelines, branching, deployments, and back-promotions.
• Git-based source control and SFDX experience.
• Apex-based automation and Salesforce Flow (record-triggered, orchestration, and platform-event flows).

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Support the single customer view via identity matching and deduplication.
• Operationalize customer signals such as health score and churn risk within Salesforce workflows.
• Build AI-driven automation using Einstein and Flow.
• Drive CI/CD and release management with Copado and Git, including testing and deployments.
• Troubleshoot production issues and performance/data-sync challenges.
