LexisNexis Legal & Professional is seeking a Senior Salesforce Sales Cloud Engineer II to design, build, and support scalable Sales Cloud solutions that empower sales, sales operations, and customer success teams.

You will lead complex feature delivery, integrate Salesforce with enterprise platforms, and drive AI-powered capabilities using Einstein, Flow, and Copado-based CI/CD for reliable deployments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Salesforce development, at least 4 years on Sales Cloud.
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, batch and queueable jobs, LWC, and Flow.
• Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud data model, sharing and security, and forecast management.
• Experience with API-based integrations and middleware.
• Hands-on experience with Copado for CI/CD and release management, including pipelines, branching, and deployments.
• Apex-based automation and Flow orchestration experience.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and deploy Sales Cloud solutions across Lead, Account, Contact, Opportunity, Quote, Forecasting, and Territory Management.
• Architect and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms.
• Support single customer view through identity matching and dedupe management.
• Operationalize health score, churn risk, and propensity-to-buy signals in Salesforce workflows.
• Design and build AI-driven automation using Einstein, Flow, and AI tools.
• Drive CI/CD and release management using Copado, Git, and SFDX.
